Delivery
Hamper Lux offers local delivery within selected Perth areas. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Same-Day & Scheduled Delivery
Same-day or scheduled delivery requests are subject to availability and cut-off times. While we do our best to meet requested delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Product Availability & Substitutions
If an item included in a hamper is unavailable, Hamper Lux reserves the right to substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value.

Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist.

Alcohol Purchases
By purchasing a hamper containing alcohol, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Alcohol will only be delivered to persons aged 18+.
